The Kyrgyz-German Institute of Applied Informatics, with the financial support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), is holding a summer school "Robotics and Site Engineering" from 16 to 29 August for masters from German universities.

Participants in the summer school will develop a model of an automated hospital. During a pandemic, it is precisely robots that could make the work of our doctors easier, sparing them contact with patients. Excursions to our factories where robotics are used are planned: the Kant cement factory, Coca-Cola, a world-famous beverage, and Avtomash-Radiator, a car parts factory.

Institute students will be accompanying the German guests throughout the summer school. They say that the best way to get to know a country is to spend time with locals: accommodation and meals are provided by the families of INAI.KG students. Summer school participants will be sure to be fed delicious food as well as told amazing stories.

Summer school participants will visit Ala-Archa National Park and the pearl of our country, lake Issyk-Kul. They will be given the opportunity to learn to play traditional musical instruments or try their hand at unusual sports.

Summer school participants are considering further study and participation in INAI.KG research projects.
