Attention first and second year bachelor students at INAI.KG

If you have a good academic record and are studying hard, you have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship which is being funded by COPERNICUS BERLIN. The University of Applied Sciences Zwickau (WHZ) and the Kyrgyz-German Institute of Applied Informatics will provide organisational support for applications and hope to see a high level of interest from students.

IES-PROGRAM

The International Scholarship Programme (IES) is a scholarship programme which enables high-achieving students from all areas of study in Eastern and Southeastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia to spend one academic semester abroad in Berlin. This program gives students the opportunity to deepen their knowledge at top German universities (Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt Universität zu Berlin) and apply their theoretical knowledge in practice. During their 6-month stay the students will get to know German culture by living with a German-speaking host family as well as by participating in cultural events and social gatherings. The scholarship recipients will also take part in various program activities as volunteers.

In order to quickly and smoothly adapt to Berlin, the scholarship recipients will receive highly qualified guidance. During their time abroad, the programme participants will be accompanied by an experienced team.

The selection process for the winter semester, which runs from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022, is currently running until 15 December 2020.
