AUTUMN SCHOOL
for schoolchildren of 9-10 grades
Robotics is a very popular area of science nowadays. Its applications can be seen absolutely everywhere, from children's toys to entire factories.
The basis of any robot is always a controller. During the autumn school participants will get acquainted with one of the most common microcontrollers Arduino.
To make a robot "come to life" for a microcontroller you need to write code. And in order for it to work properly and not to short-circuit, you need to know electronics. At this autumn school, participants will be able to get a basic understanding of electronics and programming.
There is a Tinkercad simulation framework to control the robot. Using it, participants will execute the final project - a machine controlled by a remote control. All kinds of completed work: program code, schematics - will be saved for each participant.
Website Building is a complex of activities to create Internet resources, from site design to filling it with the program code and placing it in the global network.
The concept of " website building " is based on four main "whales": HTML markup, CSS-styles, DBMS MySQL and PHP-programming. Participants will acquire basic knowledge in these important sections, understand the essence of the processes on Web sites, and learn how to manage and control them.

SELECTION CRITERIA: Main criteria is motivation.
FOOD: Autumn School participants will be provided with refreshments and light snacks during the breaks, as well as water and tea throughout the day.
HEALTH: Illnesses of the participants that require special care during the courses, such as diabetes, allergies, etc., must be reported to the Autumn School organizers at the time of application. All necessary medicines must be brought with you. Unfortunately, the Autumn School cannot reimburse the cost of doctor's visits if needed and medicines.
INAI.KG students (interns) will accompany Autumn School participants throughout the event.
We hope that at the end of the Autumn School all participants will consider further study or research projects at INAI.KG.
