The West-Saxon University of Applied Sciences Zwickau (WHZ) and the Kyrgyz-German Institute of Applied Informatics (INAI.KG) cooperate on the DAAD project "Transnational Education: STEP - Strengthening through Excellence and Profiling".Under this project, INAI.KG students have a special opportunity to receive a scholarship to study at the West-Saxony University of Applied Sciences Zwickau (WHZ).
The programme line "Two scholarships to stay in Germany":
• Period: from 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2024.
- Target group: Bachelor's degree students in Informatics, by profile:
- "Software Technologies";
- "Medical informatics";
- "Web Informatics".
- Scholarship grants:
- Travel costs - 725 € ( once);
- The language course fee for September 2023 - 200 €;
- Accommodation - 861 € (monthly).
Curriculum at WHZ
- The syllabuses of the WHZ have been developed on the basis of the curriculum of the KSPI. After successful completion of the Bachelor's programme, it is possible to continue studying for a Master's degree at WHZ.
- Three-week intensive language course - September 2023

Application
Applications are open to bachelor students who have successfully completed six semesters. The application is submitted by submitting a meaningful letter of motivation in German, in which you must explain your personal goals for the year of study in Germany. The motivation letter and CV must be submitted in written and electronic form (Pdf file) online at inai.kg until 05.04.2023, 16:00.
For the Bachelor degree, a B1 level of German is required.
Selection procedure:
- Project development (topic to be submitted three days before the selection date);
- Defense of the project;
Selection criteria:
- Motivation letter;
- Resume\CV;
- Knowledge of the German language;
- Project;
- Academic Achievement.
Date of project defence: 27.04-28.04.2023.
The selection is made by a commission consisting of the WHZ project manager, the INAI.kg project coordinator and a representative of the German DAAD.
