Train the Trainer Workshop

   INAI.kg within the framework of the DAAD project, organized an advanced workshop "Train the Trainer" on interactive teaching methods "Agile-Scrum". Highly qualified coaches from Germany were invited:Agile coach Sven Koble and Agile Leader Dr. David Grossman.
A two-day workshop for teachers took place on October 23-24, 2021 at the "Garden Hotel & SPA", Bishkek.
  The purpose of this workshop was to train trainers to inspire students' interest, contribute to the effective assimilation of educational material, provide feedback, form life and professional skills.
During the worhshop, the participants got informed about the features of training, the elements of effective training, the role and functions of the coach, managing the dynamics of the group's development, working with problem listeners, interactive teaching methods and the organization of effective communications.

    The teachers were particularly interested in interactive teaching methods, the possession of which is key to success in the professional field. During the workshop, the participants also exchanged experiences and ideas.

  This workshop was organized for both teachers and students. The students completed a three-day training. Practical exercises and games made a special impression on the students. From November 27-29 students spent time usefully and improved their teamwork skills and understand their team well, time planning, follow the schedule and be in touch. Participation in the workshop gave students an impulse to study and a lot of new impressions.

    At the end of the workshop, all participants were awarded certificates.
